Polyurethane foam ensures high resistance to chemicals, condensation and corrosion, thereby ensuring long-lasting use of the pipe, shows high resistance to ultra high and low temperatures (-50 degree to 135 degree ) and has excellent insulation properties thanks to its low thermal conductivity coefficient (λ). For these reasons, it is often preferred as pipe insulation material. Polyurethane helps maintain a warmer pipe temperature to avoid heat loss in pipes and prevent freezing or cracking in cold climates.
